Gas Service Stationstore New Construction from Ground Up
Holiday Stationstores needed all new construction of a convenience store and gas station in Maplewood, MN. Built on the site of a former station, this redevelopment project required full demolition of the old facility to state and local standards. Even with a four-month timeline crunch to get the store producing, CMBR finished the project on time and on budget!
Complete Stationstore Remodel
Holiday Stationstores called on CMBR again -- this time to provide updated facilities for its growing customer base in Hastings, MN.
CMBR performed a complete remodel of the gas station and convenience store. The job included new construction of a car wash, all new concrete work and expanding the parking lot ... all while keeping the existing business fully operational!

CMBR's experience in high-traffic and high-tech construction -- like service stations and schools -- qualified us for the job. The result: a state-of-the art, 4,500 square-foot laundromat built to handle Tumble Fresh's requirements.

This project included a state-of-the-art new gymnasium with tons of natural light to save energy and energize athletes. We also added a high-end reception area, remodeled offices and a new nurse's station.
Automotive Sales & Service Store Remodel
Remodeling a store while it's open for business is, well, tough business, and where CMBR excells!
This project involved a high-end remodel of a Goodyear sales and service store's lobby, office area and restroom. While it meant some late nights and weekends for the CMBR crew, the Goodyear team maintained operations during construction.
